Umno's Race Politics For Their Own Survival

Umno has learnt that it can easily get the Malay votes by championing their "rights" and by playing the race and religious cards. Previously it got the non-Malay votes by scaring them with the spectra of May 13 and made used of the leaders of the BN component parties to influence their respective ethnic groups.

But in 2008, thanks mainly to the internet, many Malaysians realised that BN was essentially made up of a bunch of crooks and thieves who were siphoning off their money on a massive scale and sent a clear message through the ballot box. The many scandals (e.g. Altantuya, IPPs, NFC, Scorpenes) and the revelations by the AG indicate that in 2011 the BN thieves and their cronies could have stolen a whopping RM60 billion. Most Malaysian are disgusted and fed up with the BN thieves and these crooks can sense that they might lose the next elections and be brought to justice. Hence they are likely to use every dirty and crooked method they can think of to remain in power.

NFC Scandal

It is ridiculous! The National Feedlot Corporation CEO, Mohammad Salleh Ismail says the ‘renegade staff' were wrong in their allegations. Why blame the whistleblowers for NFC's problems? If NFC has nothing to hide, then there isn't anything thing to fear from the information given by the whistleblowers.
In order to protect the whistleblowers, the police should instead investigate the information revealed by the whistleblowers. And the identity of the whistleblowers must not be revealed as all costs.
Since it is the auditor-general (AG) mentioned NFC's mismanagement in the audit report. If Mohamad Salleh has any bone to pick, he should pick it with the AG and not his staff or any other person.
Knowing how things work in Malaysia, I guess the whistleblowers will be investigated instead and the culprit will get away while the innocent and small-fry get persecuted.

Muhyiddin Yassin, we would like to see how intelligent are you to resolve this problem. So far, your comments on the NFC issues has reflected inferior quality in you as DPM.

I must admit that MK & MI may be opposition prone, they may have sensationalised issues but at least they don't lie like what Utusan did. I think that is the very basic prinple in journalism. We a readers knows best and will focus on the issue rather than the way the issue being brought up.

For Ezam to wage a jihad against MK & MI, I wonder who is Ezam to do so? I find that the term "jihad" has been abused by our politicians to justify the wrong thing they do. What about launching jihad against those who are using a mosque to spew hatred and threats of violence?

Strangely, at least not in my memory that believers from other religions ever threatened to burn down other people's premises. Why do we have muslim who behave like a ganster in a civilised country like Malaysia? Ezam who threatened to 'burn down' the two news portals are behaving no better than the hooligans in England who caused so much damage to the country's image.

So far, the issue has yet to be concluded and Utusan is no angel in playing up this issue. When these people speak, their source information is always quoted as "based on a reliable source". They have not provided any credible evidence or allowed the people whom they accuse to defend themselves in an open court. Isn't this against Islam? .

People who claim to be Muslims and want to speak on behalf of Muslims must first undertstand what Islam is all about. It takes only a small number of immoral muslims to damage the reputation of the majority. People like Ezam and Zulkifli are nothing more than a political prostitute, they are damaging the image of Islam and Muslims. They prostituted themselves to serve UMNO.

Ezam is the one politicised the matter, and he is a senator. Please bear in mind that not only you can launch jihad, non-muslim or muslim with the right mind could also send you to hell and we don't tell you how, when and what we will do......sound familiar?

P.s. After all the shouting outside the state mosque, I hope Ezam did not drink water until Maghrib. Don't break the fasting rules in the name of jihad. Your god is watching!.

The Police Created Traffic Jam Ahead Of Bersih 2.0 Rally.

The police have set up roadblocks along major roads in the Klang Valley, causing massive peak-hour traffic jams this morning, stupidity in the highest order! This act is an apparent effort to foil the Bersih rally planned for Saturday.

These are unnecessary blocks erected by PDRM cause the loss of billions dollars due to jam, delay to work and school, over heat car, stress, losses in business around the area and etc. The worse it was done at the peak hours!! Obviously, the BN government wants to teach people a lesson. This is the way BN Government’s response to retaliate the BERSIH supporters who mostly from the urbanized areas.

So, who really wrecks the business people and disrupts productivity.

Please STOP the HARASSMENT towards the BERSIH and ordinary rakyat. Harassing the people will only deepen the wound. Such tactics will only make the peoples determination stronger to vote out the BN on the next GE. Times have change and the BN leaders have not.

UMNO is desperate. Najib is now resort to the same trick he used in the 1987 Kg Baru rally to scare off the Chinese. Najib was the Umno Youth Chief then who warned the Chinese reporters that he could not guarantee the safety of the Chinese reporters who were at the rally location... Now, he made use of , PERKASA, an UMNO agent to warn the Chinese again. Ibrahim Ali is just a spokesman, the real devil is UMNO who is behind all these, it aims at stirring up racial sentiment.

Whether or not UMNO takes action against Ibrahim Ali, UMNO will eventually be the winner. If UMNO were to take action now against Ibrahim Ali, UMNO will appear to be “intolerable towards racism” (the fact is they take so long to act). If UMNO doesn’t take action now, Ibrahim Ali will continue to stir the racial sentiment as per UMNO’s agenda. This will help UMNO to regain some Malay votes that lost to Pakatan Rakyat during the General Election 12.

My take, UMNO will continue to allow Ibrahim Ali to create trouble until the days when Najib is about to call for General Election 13, Ibrahim Ali will be arrested for whatever reason. This will help UMNO/BN to gain some non-Malays votes. With this, UMNO will be the ultimate winner.

UMNO is Malaysia’s Number 1 public enemy.

No Minister Post For MCA? Who Cares?

I’m not impressed with what Najib said about the Chinese representative in the government. To me, everything comes out from the stinky mouth of the Umnoputra are about racism. This is Umno core value.
We live our lives as usual, with or without MCA minister. Only the MCA cronies want to fight for a minister post. It should not even be an issue if there is no Chinese representative in the cabinet. Rightfully, a person who is appointed as a minister should be colour blind when he carrying out his duties. He should not have give preferential treatment to any race group. Apparently, Malaysia has its own standard where everything is race based.

Personally, I think it is OK not to have Chinese ministers in the cabinet, on the ground that the the cabinet post allocation is not base on merit. These less important minister portfolios were given to MCA just something symbolic under BN’s power sharing spirit. Hence, it makes no different who is there to serve the people. i.e. I mean, non-MCA chaps may do a better job

As a rightful Malaysia citizen of Chinese descends, it is regrettable that the Chinese, known for being excellent in both business and finance related fields, were not appointed as ministers for the above ministry since 1974. For instance, after Tun Tan Siew Sin’s resignation in 1974, there was no non-malay ever appointed as Finance Minister (except for the Mamak who appointed himself. I insist that mamak is non-malay, no matter what they claim themselves to be). Same in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). After Dr. Lim Swee Aun in 1969, the minister posts were held only by the candidates from Umno.

I’m puzzled, if people like Muhyiddin Yassin can be appointed a minister for MITI, I don’t see any reason why MCA’s men not qualified for the job. I believe this happened because of Umno’s racist core value rather than there was no competent candidate from MCA or other BN component parties that can take up the post.

If Umno dares to ignore the Chinese appeals. Go ahead and fight only for the Malay votes which are also shared by PKR & PAS. See if Umno can continue to rule without the support of the chinese.

Utusan's frontpage news is a joke

Today's Utusan frontpage is about Eskay religious oath on the sex video clip. Why is this so important until it can occupy almost the full page? Is it true that they worry about someone who is immoral going to lead this country soon? The fact is, Anwar is not even half way to Putrajaya. Why is Umno so desperate?

It is clear that Umno is trying to do thing at all costs just to bring down Anwar Ibrahim.

In response to Perkasa’s protest at MCA’s Head Quarter and their Secretary-General’s claims that “Malays leaving country too due couldn’t get a job offer from the private sector”. It is again shows that Perkasa is good at twisting facts upside down (because in their mind, Malay is Tuan so they can say whatever they want, even if it is wrong). For the claim that Malay too is leaving Malaysia, I’m sure there are. But is Perkasa here to magnify the maybe 0.5% or 1% of Malay leaving the country? Is Perkasa’s findings is more prestige then the one published by World Bank. Maybe Syed Hassan can share with us the numbers, especially what are these overseas Malays are doing. Don’t just talk without facts.

On the other hand, I hate to think this but is has become very clear that the Malay in this country has been greatly influenced by the mamaks. In Penang, we have the joker KIMMA head and now NGO Perkasa’s Secretary-General. Of course, don’t forget the father of the racist who led this country for 22 years.

In fact, these mamaks have one thing in common, they keep reminding the Malays that they cannot compete with other races and they must depend on government’s hand-out. Be aware, the mamak is not leaving the country. They are here to stay.

The Ugly Barisan National

BN has lost its mind. When people voted Pakatan Rakyat into power, BN not happy and trying to, at all costs take back the states. First in Perak and now in Selangor. Does BN really respect rakyat's choice of the government of the day?

It is no brainer, even BN would not appoint a PR friendly candidate to replace the Chief Secretary, Mohd Sidek Hassan? I urge the BN and gang, including sultan's private secretary Mohamad Munir Bani to stop all these nonsense and do not manipulate Sultan's statements.

If BN wants to win back the heart of Selangor's voters, do it the convincing ways instead of sabotaging the PR state government.

Nevertheless, if the appointment of Mohammed Khusrin Munawi as Selangor's state secretary is Sultan's decision, because Tuanku think that Khusrin can work well with the current Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, by all mean go ahead to do it. Sultan cannot be wrong and we citizen must believe that Sultan must have considered this thoroughly and put Selangor interest first before everything else.

Malaysia Police Intimidation?

Haha! I learnt from Utusan Malaysia by putting a question mark behind the title in order to escape the responsibility. This is what Utusan good at.

I read this news from Malaysia-Today.net. Well! I'm not sure if the policemen's behaviour consider "intimidating". In my opinion, Pamela Lim should have refrained from challenging the policemen. While I think Pamela has the rights to record the scene, she should have just asked for the summon to be issued to her quicker rather than arguing on other things.

One thing we can't get an answer from the video clip is what happened before the video clip were taken (whether the policemen were rude or intimidating). But to me, the two policemen's behaviour were not unacceptable. Nevertheless, I do have some doubts as in in why the Policemen were so hesitating in issuing the summon? Also, why they wanted Pamela to follow them to "Balai Polis"?

P.s. I'm worry for Pamela Lim as her personal details are exposed (IC number, address, car plate etc).

Nazri's Malaysian First

“I’m Malaysian first and malay second, does any bigot have a problem”. The remark is short and sweet. it is nice to hear it from an Umno Minister. Anyway, I just want to enhance Nazri's statement. Non-bigot will not have a problem with Malaysia first. In other words, there are bigots around. The most prominent and shameless bigot is Muhyiddin Yasin, our non-performer Deputy PM.

But if we see it from another perspective, is Nazri here to challenge Muhyiddin's? If this is the case, Nazri’s political life will end if Muhyiddin takes over the premiership from Najib in future.

Lets go back to Nazri's remarks. Eventhough people sing & praise Nazri but I’m still skeptical with the things mentioned by any Umno leader even though it makes absolute sense. Don’t forget, Nazri was not like that before. Nazri was only made more sensible remarks after apa nama Mamak stepped down.

Khairy is also another Umno leader who may sometimes say something sensible. So, why does Nazri need to say these sensible things? Why should he offends the cowardly Awang Selamat gang and the apa nama ex-PM? One of the reasons for Nazri to do that is for his political survival. His view will earn him a place should PR takes over Putrajaya in the next GE. But, at least, Nazri is not wishy washy like the PM in the 1Malaysia concept.

Nazri, I support when you sheild your boss from TDM’s attack. As I mentioned before, people see TDM as the one contributed to the Malaysia development was because he was at the right place and in the right time. If Tengku Razaleigh was the one who took over from Tun Hussein Onn, he could have done the same or even better. TDM also did a lot of harms to Malaysia during his time (please read the book called “The Maverick Malaysian” by Barry Wain). Our country was rich in resources. TDM could have made use of the country's resources properly when he was in charged, not as if Malaysia's money is his own piggy bank. So, do not only remember TDM for the Penang Bridge, Twin Towers and KLIA as there are more underexposed scandals behind the beautiful "success" stories.

What I suggest is for Nazri to challence Muhyiddin for the Deputy President post in the next Umno party election. Should the Umno members decide drop him, then it is better for Nazri to quit Umno earlier.

Kolumnis, Mohd. Razlan Muhammad Rafii kata beliau terkejut apabila membaca satu artikel yang disiarkan di dalam ruangan Akhbar Cina yang diterjemahkan oleh Utusan Malaysia. Kenapa mudah terkejut? Cepatlah pergi jumpa doktor and makan ubat lah!

Masyarakat bukan Melayu pun sudah biasa dengan Utusan Melaysia yang sentiasa mengapi-apikan isu yang kecil dan memainkan isu perkauman. Apakah akhbar tidak dibenarkan menyuarakan kesedihan dan rasa tidak puas hati pada apa nama.. Dr M. Apa gunanya seorang Perdana Menteri yang telah memimpin negara selama 22 tahun tetapi objektif NEP masih tidak dapat di capai? Saya pasti kalau tiada Dr M pun, pemimpin Umno yang lain seperti Tengku Razaleigh, Tun Hussein Onn and Tun Musa Hitam pun dapat mencapai apa yang dibuat oleh apa nama Dr M. Saya rasa Mohd Razlan ini tidak tahu baca bahasa inggeris sehingga dia tidak tahu apa yang Dr M buat sepanjang 22 tahun ini. Pergilah cari perterjemah buku Barry Wain.

Kenapa orang bukan melayu tidak boleh ada pandangan tersendiri? Tak boleh buat kritik ke? Berdosa ke nak kritik Dr M? Kenapa orang bukan melayu kena berterima kasih pada Dr M, seorang PM yang besifat perkauman.

The government has set aside RM5 billion through Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas) established by the Finance Ministry as an initial allocation to help bumiputeras own selected shares.

Deputy Finance Minister Senator Awang Adek Hussein said at the same time, the allocation is also aimed at ensuring bumiputera equity does not fall into the hands of others.

"For example, if there are bumiputeras wanting to sell their shares because they are retiring from doing business, the government can consider assistance," he told reporters after a breaking of fast event at Kampung Sungai, Perupuk in Bachok last night.

He also said apart from this, priority will be given to bumiputeras wanting to own shares in government-linked companies (GLCs).

He explained that the move is not intended to grab shares owned by the other races as some are fearful of.

Increase ownership

Awang Adek said it is also in line with the directive of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak who wants to increase the ownership of shares among bumiputeras to ensure they do not lag behind in comparison to other races.

On the gold dinar and the silver dirham sponsored by the Kelantan state government, he said the people will not gain any benefit but the company producing it will profit.

He also indicated that the people of Kelantan should not be confused by the introduction as it did not differ from purchasing gold items in shops.

"I believe for those with the means, it is better for them to purchase gold items, which at the least can be worn by family members apart from the cost of production being cheaper compared to the gold dinar," he said.

Constitutional Crisis in Malaysia – The Forum

This post is a bit special as I only described my 'experience' at the forum.

Yes! I attended the forum but was quite disappointed because Datuk Seri Nizar was not personally present. The participants could only hear him through a pre-recorded video and towards the end, online audio Q&A. Below are my encounters.

Before entered into Tropical Inn, I noticed there were 3 policemen guarding outside the building but they were not arounf when I left the place at around 11pm.

The forum hall was jam packed. When I first arrived there, I walked straight to the front row seats because it was quite "empty" and no signboard to inform the public that that row was not for the ordinary people. After I seated for about 5 min, 2 familiar faces walked towards where I seated and took their seat, they were Dato' Zaid Ibrahim and Mr Yeo Yang Poh, just beside me. Ha ha, I have never had such a 'close proximity' with a high profile politician (I mean Dato' Zaid). For Mr Yeo Yang Poh, I know who he is but I wasn't sure what was his involvements in politics. To me, he is a 'big' lawyer (for the fact that he is the ex-BAR council chairman) and an intellectual of course. All of them proceeded to sit on the the stage a while later.

As usual, the forum did not start on time and a few glitches here and there which delayed the forum. No big problem though. Datuk Nizar's pre-recorded video, which was the first speech was quite lengthy, he explained in detail what happened in Perak.

Although there were four panelists, most of the time we heard Dato Ziad & Mr Yeo spoke. The gist of the speeches are,

"It is almost lawless in this country. BN can do whatever they want to achieve their purpose. They can ignore the constitution, influence the judges, influence the palace, influence SPR, influence the police, practice corruption and etc. All Malaysians who have concience should reject BN and send them a clear message through votes that corrupt practices are no longer be tolerated"

Dato' Zaid look a bit tired and he explained that he was just flew back from Sibu. He needed to drive back to KL afterthe forum. In fact, he excused himself to leave at around 1030pm. Though, he answered a few questions during the Q&A.

Overall, the forum is of no "wow" element to me. What the panelists said were the same appeals that they made to the public though the online media.

Wee Choo Keong! Please Resign As MP

I'm sad to see the PKR MPs leaving the party one after another. The reasons quoted for leaving the party are quite similar and standard, they all claimed that they lost confidence in PKR party leadership. But Wee Choo Keong's timing of resignation was really bad, it is hard not to link to the upcoming Sibu by-election. Why now Mr Wee? What is the different if you tender a day after the By Election in Sibu? Why do you want to help BN now? Is BN a better choice for you now? So do you think BN is less corrupted now? Wee Choo Keong should not because of his own issue with PKR leader and then rock the PR boat. It is hard to believe that your resignation is not motivated by BN's money.

Wee Choo Keong cited the main reason for his resignation from PKR is because of the way PKR & PR government handles the scandal in Kuala Semesta Sdn Bhd (KSSB). Come on! you are serving Wangsa Maju parliamentary, not a Selangor state assembly. Those issues you quoted are all at state level. Hence, national issue should be your priority.

Of cause a corruption is a corruption, be it happen in the state or federal level. But it is unconvincing for you to leave PKR just because of KSSB. Please quote me more corruption cases in the PR government to convince me that BN is better. Let me put it very bluntly, if both PR and BN are equally corrupted and if I must choose one from the two, I will still vote for PR.

I have no faith in you too, Wee Choo Keong! I voted you because of PKR. So please resign as Wangsa Maju's MP now! I only want a candidate from PR to represent Wangsa Maju, whoever he/she may be.

Eventhough PR may lose if there is a by elecetion in Wangsa Maju, I would rather PR lose with dignity rather than lose because of defection by its MPs.

Kerana mu Ibrahim Ali! kaum cina tolak BN

Ada duit, ada tanah pun tidak dapat lulusan daripada kerajaan Umno untuk membuka Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan baru. Tunggu saja!;
Sampai hari ini pun saya tak faham apa salahnya Theresa Kok sehingga beliau boleh “cincai-cincai” ditahan bawah ISA?? Dr Khir yang berbohong, pergi makan angin dengan wang rakyat put tiada apa-apa berlaku padanya;

Al-Islam apologises to Christians?

Apology? Where got so easy? You think Umno does not have a "muslihat" behind the apology? I'm sure they have, So, do not feel happy too early. Lets see the development after this.
In fact, the apology allows Umno to enjoy "one stone hits 2 birds" . Why do I say so? The "Allah" issue was a big flop in Umno's recent tactics which led Umono to no where. Therefore, in Umno's remedial actions, they have a lot of things to do. Such as donation to the Metro Tabernacle church after the arson attack, allow East Malaysiaand a few peninsular states to use "Allah" in their bible, , prosecute a few teenagers, not to prosecute the two Al-Islam reporters and now apology.

I guess, once the impression of "Muslim apologised to Christian" spread among the kampong muslims, how will the muslims/malays feel?

With Utusan to fan the sentiment further, the muslims/malays will feel threaten and therefore go back to support Umno because PAS & PKR do not against the use to ALLAH by the christians.

This is just again another dirty tactic plays by Umno.

Wild Boar Heads Found At Mosque

While visiting the two mosques where four wild-boar heads were thrown in early this morning, the Inspector-general of police (IGP) Musa Hassan said that those who responsible should stop doing this because this is not respectful of other religions. What the F*** is he trying to insinuate? How does he know this is not an act of muslim themselves? To me, Musa Hassan is fanning the issues to compliment the evil who is behind this. We all know who the police force is aligned to. Musa Hassan should be sacked and prosecuted.

Another culprit, the keris hero, Hishamemuddin. He keep asking for more time when the situation is getting worst. How much time does he really need? When we give Hisham time, who will then give us time? The problem is getting serious.
If Hishamuddin is so incapable, he should step down, don't cling on the ministerial post just because you are related to someone. We now learn that capable father sometimes do come out with incapable son.

These two incapable persons should step down first and INSYA ALLAH, the situation will improve and all Malaysian can live in harmony again.

More Than Half of the BN MPs Missed The Budget 2010 Debate?

Nothing new about this type of drama in Parliament. We have heard cases that there were not enough quorums, now, the ruling party almost flunk because they don’t have enough MP to pass the bill, a highly important bill (Budget 2010) which will decide our economy performance not only for next year but also for future. BN drafted the bill but only have 63 of its 137 members to debate and to pass the bill. What does this tell us? It simply means the BN MP’s are not interested in the debate and to understand the Budget 2010or worst, they don’t even understand the content of the bill. Yet, these people represent us.

I read some comments in both print and online media about BN’s near missed. Most think that this would certainly be a major embarrassment to the BN government with respect to their representatives' lack of interest in the legislative process. I hold a different view in this. The only person who will be embarrassed by this episode is Najib because he can not make sure his anak buah turn up to vote for the bill. As for the rest of the BN MP, what is there to embarrass about? Biasa saja lah! Isn’t it very common that they don’t attend Parliament sessions until a session can be called off due to not enough quorums? Imagine if they can skip such an important parliament sitting to debate about the budget, what happen to the other sessions?
Ironically, how can an MP, without sitting through the parliament session just rushed back to the Parliament to vote for the sake of voting?? Please share with us your rationale, YB M Saravanan and YB Ong Tee Kiat!

Dulu lain, sekarang lain, BN can no longer sing the same old tune again that you can “cincai” pass any bill you tabled. BN really need to make sure that the bills are going through a proper/thorough debate and they have enough support to pass the bill.

I hope that this is a good lesson for both BN and PR (if they can sustain long enough for the rakyat to believe that they can do better). Don’t play play with the Parliament sessions. Especially for BN who are so used to the advantage of more than two third majority.

Zam! You And BN Started The Crisis In Perak

Today's Malaysiakini.com reported that the BN Menteri Besar of Perak, Zambry Abdul Kadir said he hopes that all the parties involved in the constitutional crisis in the state will look into developing its economy rather than continuing to harp on the same issues.

In my opinion, Zambry is now thinking that Perakians are happy with BN and his MB's position is safe. Hence, he can start to speak as if he is the rightful MB and accused others for continuing to harp on the same issues. Can I then 'pakat' with Zambry's maids in order to gain control of everything Zamry owned and then advise Zambry and his family to move on without keep harping on the fact that I "ceroboh' his house? Will you Zambry agree that if the Tel Aviv regime were to ask the Palestenians to forget about the Israel ocupation in Gaza and the West bank and just move on with "ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT" (what a big word!).

Well, no doubt you are darn right to say that the state should look into economy development. The fish monger, Tan Ah Kow from Menglembu wet market knows that. The taxi driver, Siva in Chemor talks about that. The hawker, Fatimah Ahmad at Medan Kit also grumbles about the need to end the crisis. But do we need a MB to tell us this? Is that all Zambry have to comment about Perak's future? Is that all Zambry have to enlighten the Malaysian students in the King's College, United Kingdom?

The PR government had been working hard in the state economy development before BN snatched the control of state assembly in February this year. Although they (PR government) were inexperience and still has a lot to improve in the way they run the state but at least they tried hard to do their best, included the economic development. We are willing to give them time to prove themselves. Who are you from BN to deny our rights to choose the government of the day? If not because of the evil plot by BN to disrupt the state administration, the PR government could have done better. So who started the crisis and denied Perakian a better economy development? Who in Perak doesn't want to live peacefully?

Since Zambry admited that this is a constitutional crisis, he should jolly well understand that BN' and his status in Perak state is not secure. BN is currently has a slight advantage over PR in the power struggling, BN is not the rightful Perak government. I turst Zamry realise this that the MB chair in his office is never warmed until this crisis is over.

Zamry is darn right to say that people will judge but what BN did was to deny Perak people to choose their government and judge by themselves.

To solve this problem, we have to look into the root cause of the chaos in Perak, that is the unlawful way of BN regaining control of the state assembly. The best solution to this problem is still a fresh poll to be called. If Zambry is really cares about a state poll will cost a lot, then just get the 4 controvesial state assemblypersons to resign and have by-election only in these 4 seats.

This is what we call let the people judge.

No More Than 20 liters Of Fuel For Foreign Vehicles In Border Towns

I wonder how many times our minister must fail before they learn? According to the news portal Malaysia-instinct, a directive to be issued soon to limit foreign-registered vehicles to pump maximum 20 liters of fuel when travelling within 50km radius from the border.

Enforcement authorities at the checkpoints were also directed to ensure such vehicles leave the country with no more than 20 liters of fuel in each tank, said Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Domestic, Trade, Co-operative and Consumerism Minister.

How many times that our proposal to curb fuel smuggling fail? In the past, there were propasals such as impose levy on foreign vehicle, can not pump petrol within 50KM radius of the border town, foreign vehicles pay unsubsidised petrol rate etc. But non of these proposal even see the day light. I'm more frustrating with the supposedly levy collection machines installed at the JB check points but never used. This is how our government waste money.

The latest "20 litre" proposal even more amusing. The first question I have is how to measure? Car of different made has different fuel tank capacity. Furthermore, Thailand has many different models that we don't have in M'sia. Furthermore, if they want to smuggle petrol, is this the best way to smuggle by pumping petrol into a 60 litre tank ? I think the smugglers are smarter than our ministers.

My second question is how to prove that I have driven beyond 50KM radius from the border town? Are we going to fault a Singapore car who pump full tank at Kulai and used up less than a quarter when arriving in JB?

My third question is, does it make absolute economic sense? Our ministers are really lacking in economic sense. Would this policy encourage or discourage more tourists? especially those from Singapore. Who will benefit more when the Singaporeans come to JB and ultimately go home with more than 20 litre of "subsidiesed petrol?

What is JB without Singaporean tourist? The answer is "nothing", JB is nothing without the big spender Singaporeans.

Hence, I hope Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri will prove me wrong with facts and figures when he release the directive in near future.

Malay Supremacy! Is there justice in this country?

The opposition leader, the Umno man, Azhar Ibrahim rudely show is backside to the ruling assemblymen and can refuse to apologise. Did Azhar Ibrahim misinterpreted the religion teaching until he can be so disgusting? When the group of hooligans from Umno (on the name of BN youth) torched the Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng's photo, does Umno ever apologise? Did the Penang Umno 'hero' who torn Koh Tsu Koon's photo apologised?

Umno always demand others to apologise but when their turn is due, they will just" buat bodoh". This is the 'ketuanan melayu' mindset where Umno people still regards themselves the king of this piece of land and they don't have to respect the others if they want to (they even don't respect the state assembly...). Sound familiar isn't it? yes, it is arphateid system.

Who knows, Azhar probably invites interested party to shot him from his back side because he enjoys that. He is also that kind... :)

It is not easy for the inexperience PR to run a state like Penang. I also know it is not easy for Umno to be the opposition. But learning will take time. Showing your butt will bring you no where.

I urge Azhar don't use this excuse to skip the assembly session in future. Umno people should not be lazy to attend assembly sessions. No matter what, I don't think the Penanga people vote you into the state assembly to do nothing. Luckily the speaker did not ban Azhar for a longer period. Otherwise, he has more reasons to go makan agin when other state reps are working hard.

Single Stream Education System

I seldom disagree with the view points of the writers in MerdekaReview.com (a chinese language political news portal). However, I can not agree with one of the article published today that accused Prof Emeritus Dr Khoo Kay Kim of being narrow minded, for supporting the single stream education system. Instead, those who against this idea is even more narrow minded or infact chinese/Indian chauvinist.

How can Prof Khoo views be interpreted as narrow minded? Prof Khoo is merely expressing his view point on how to promote national unity. Isn't national unity is paramount for a multi racial country like Malaysia. Is Prof Khoo wrong in the first place?

Also reported in Malaysiakini.com, the forever MIC President, Samy Vellu said something rediculous, for an obvious political reason. He said that "As far as Tamil schools are concerned, the (Indian) pupils will be able to to mix with children of other races when they go to secondary schools”. Ai yo yo Samy! do you honestly think that it is easier for the Indian pupils to mix around with other races when they become teenages?

I'm just like any other non-malay, sceptical about BN government's ability to implement a good and fair education system for everyone (I'm sick of the policy u-turn in using English to teach Science and Math subjects). But that won't make me to jump into conclusion that the single stream education is not good and totally reject the idea without thinking further on how to make it possible, without sacrifying too much of our rights to learn chinese.

Although I don't think very highly on the government's education plan but lets stop objecting the idea for the same old reasons which made us chinese looks anti unity and narrow minded. We should explore government's plan for this single stream education system and give constructive suggetion for the government to consider. We can always reject if the bad things outweight the good ones in the system.

Although Singapore's education system may not be the best but it is a good classic example that single stream education does help in promoting national unity. Are Singaporean Chinese less Chinese compared to Malaysian Chinese? Has Singapore Chinese forgotten about their roots and culture?

Honestly, I think non-malay are not against single stream education or rather, they are against the use of Bahasa as medium of teaching in school. I don't think the non-malays will object so hard if the government says English is going to be the first language and chinese becomes the compulsory second language in school.

Lets face it! This is the truth, nothing but the truth, truth that a single stream education system is important in promoting national unity. Don't always hide behind the veil of Chinese Educationist. Don't protect just for the sake of protecting!

Lastly, don't get me wrong. Me too insist that my children must have adequate opportunity to learn chinese and understand chinese culture, no compromise on this. But we should be open enough on how to achieve that and help to find a solution that benefit all, rather than just objecting. Our education system can not be remain unchanged forever.

Why non-Malays back Isa Samad?

Finally, BN wins. The coalition has finally tasted victory in Bagan Pinang. Not only a win, more importantly, it is landslides win and the increase in non-Malay votes. This is really something important for Umno who now can claim that they have gotten back the support from the non-Malays. But some might think that the non-Malays embraced BN again.
To me, the non-Malay not necessary voted for Umno, MCA or MIC when they crossed out the “dacing”. Here are the few reasons why non-Malays “voted dacing”:

Based on an unofficial source, Isa Samad garnered 75% of the 1870 Indian’s votes. But this doesn’t mean MIC is now gained back that support of the Indians. Indians are traditionally support BN blindly, no matter how much progress they made in the last 3 decades under the MIC.

The Indians supported PR in the 2008 GE was due to the reason of wakeup call to the faith of their community and also the way BN government handled Hindraf incident, it was still fresh in their memory during 2008 GE.

Now, Najib knows this well and hence, sned the Indians a friendly gensture to the newly formed Makkal Sakti Party. It is more likely that that the Indians voted BN for this reason rather than they love MIC. But we heard the thick skin Samy Vellu is claiming credit on the Indian votes, he said "We (MIC) have kept our promise to the prime minister by delivering the Indian votes to BN. What else? Isa Samad speaks Tamil…
Chinese also in this By-election, voted for Isa Samad. They voted for Isa is more because of Isa Samad is a local and he was very supportive of the local Chinese community when he was the MB. People are familiar with him and most of them admitted that they had voted for the Isa rather than for Umno. But don’t the Chinese community concerns about Isa’s tainted image? Really who cares if the man can contribute to the community, furthermore, Isa is not an exception, who is clean in Umno?
But didn’t the internal problems with BN component parties drive non –Malay voters away? Again, the reason is no one cares about what happened in MIC and MCA. The 2 parties already out dated and irrelevant.
No matter what, this is not a healthy development for Malaysian politics as the voters endorsed a corrupted person. This shows that Malaysian has already immune to corruption and it is now “no big deal”. Isa’s supporters can even go to extent of threatening the Umno top brass leaders of boycotting Umno in the by-election if Isa is not chosen as the candidate.

Are we heading towards a more and more corrupted society?

Why Sack Chua Soi Lek Now?

Firstly, no wonder chinese in Malaysia dropped MCA during the 2008 Election. That was because we realise how much can MCA deliver to the chinese community. From this party infight, we can see it even more clearly that MCA's leaders are just a bunch of people there who do things for their own benefits only. If Dr Chua should be sacked under the MCA party code, it should have been done when the sex scandal happened in early 2008, not now. Ong Tee Keat (OTK) may argue that he can do that only when he came to power. But Why OTK did not do that when he first took over the MCA president post? Is it because of he feel threatening by Dr Chua now and hence, resorted to this dirty tactic?

No matter what, Dr Chua was officially, formally, legitimately....(what other words that I can use)elected by MCA members. By sacking him for his misconduct which the members already known and forgive, OTK is digging his own grave because OTK was elected as the President during the same party election. Furthermore, it is not very convicing when OTK himself is in the hotsoup of PKFZ scandal plus the 100 million 'donation'. These cases are more serious and shameful.

No doubt Dr Chua is at fault, not only fault morally but also fault for being careless. I would like to use the controversial quote by Jackie Chan (HK star), he said, " I made a mistake that every man is likely to commit", referring to his scandal with one of the HK actress. I think that type of scandal is not only common in the entertainment industry, it is also as common as in politics because these people are public figures. So OTK better be sure that he has truthful and careful in whatever he does in the past.

Being a Chinese Malaysian, I don't want to see MCA split because of one person's mistake. But looking at the way OTK handles this problem, I don't think MCA is heading anyway under his leadership. Ideally, both OTK & Chua Soi Lek resign to give way to other to lead, since both of them are tainted.

Lastly, I sympathise with Dr Chua's family, especially Mrs Chua. Mrs Chua might have thought that she can put all these unhappy memories behind her. But now the god damn MCA brought it up again.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin Lies!

In today's Che Det blog, Mahathir said Lee Kuan Yew did not threaten to go to war if we did not supply water. Which means to say that Tan Sri Muhyiddin lied to Malaysian. I view this as a serious matter because the liar is non other than the DPM himself. How can he fabricate stories? How would other countries view this? How can we even hope that the international community will trust our leaders?

Nowadays, the Umno leaders are mostly not ethical at all, they did not even bother to pretend to have. In order to garner support from the Permatang Pasir's voters, Muhyiddin Yassin lied to the nation and hope that the gun will point to the down south little red dot. Unfortunately, his not so intelligent evil plan foiled as nobody believe or interested in what he said about Lee Kuan Yew. It just doen't make sense for LKY to make such a remark. Even though LKY is old, he doesn't have to dig his own grave. But Muhyiddin Yassin is definitely digging one for himself.

It is not difficult to understand why Muhyiddin Yassin have to go down to this stupid road as he made a darn big mistake in choosing the candidate who has done more harm than good to Umno in Permatang Pasir.

Muhyiddin Yassin! Please show us your calibre, what is it in you that will bring Malaysia to success. If you have nothing to offer, please resign now. We need to move on!

Utusan reporter did not know what ultra vires means?

I got mixed feelings (angry, amused, confused and disappointed) when I first read the report in the “Malaysian Insider” news portal yesterday on “Utusan reporter says he thought ultra vires means ‘to insult’ “by Asrul Hadi. There are quite a number of comments posted by the readers after reading the news and the comments are overwhelmingly criticising the Utusan reporter, Mohd Nizam who is lacking in ethical conduct.
How can these happen? Utusan reporter did not know what ultra vires means? RTM reporter did not know who Karpal Singh is. Why are these reporters suddenly lost their memories?

It is a daylight robbery! The main point in these cases are not about whether Mohd Nizam too stupid that he did not know what does ultra vires means or Eliana Mazlan was too junior to know the famous politician and lawyer. It is very clear that they are lying, they committed contempt of court. They appearance before the court was just to complete the formality.

The whole problem is, Umno is getting more and more arrogant. If Umno wants to kill someone, they don’t even need to waste time to fabricate stories, they just hantam first. Those paperwork or evidence can be generated later. (You may find karpal Singh’s DNA in Kinta palace if Umno deem that is necessary?

Utusan can just anyhow make false accusation as long as they like it. It is hard for anyone to believe that this factually incorrect report slipped through so many pairs of eyes in Utusan’s working procedures before the report can be published. Utusan just doesn’t realise how serious is the consequences of their irresponsible report when it hits the streets. This incident reflected the arrogant attitude of Umno man. On the other hand, our dear Attorney General can base on Utusan’s reports to charge Karpal Singh under sedition act. Our AG is so confident about the accuracy of Utusan reports when the majority of Malaysian are not.

With these two morons giving such a retarded answers in court, I think the AG will not succeed in this court case. However, in the eye of the less educated, especially the kampong folks (where most of them are Umno’s supporter) Karpal Singh was charged in court because he insulted the sultan. The court ruled in favour of Karpal Singh was because there is not enough evidence to charge him rather than Karpal Singh is innocence. Of course, Utusan will help to paint such a picture. Umno win again.

Permatang Pasir By-Election, Another Platform For Umno To Play Dirty Tricks

The by-election for Permatang Pasir state seat in Penang will be held on the Aug 25 as per the announcement by EC today. The Permatang Pasir state seat is one of three seats in PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim's Permatang Pauh parliamentary constituency and it is PAS sole representative in Penang.

Permatang Pasir by-election is the 8th by-election after the March 2008 GE. BN lost all the by elections in the peninsular Malaysia and hence, we expect to see some intense campaigns by both Umno and PAS. Even though the seat is within the Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat which is held by the PKR's defecto leader, Anwar Ibrahim, one should not under estimate BN in their chances of winning the Permatang Pasir seat. The Manek Urai by-election last month indicated that there is no such thing as safe seat for any party.

Looking at the composition of the electorate in Permatang Pasir. This is a good opportunity for the DAP lead Penang government to gauge the support from the electorate, especially from the Malay. I will foresee that the Kampung Buah Pala saga will drain away some Indian votes (less than 2% of the voters are Indian). There are about 20K voters in the constituency where the Malay make up of 72% and the Chinese make up of 26% of the total electorate.

It is likely that the by-election is a straight fight between PAS and Umno, independent candidates are irrelevant in the current political climate. As I said, Umno will certainly go all out to win this by-election after they ‘almost’ win the Manek Urai by-election. There will be more dirty tactics from Umno this time as they want to win their first by-election at any cost in the peninsular Malaysia in order to save Najib’s face.

Lately, we witnessed how Umno playing up racial issues in the death of DAP’s political aide Teoh Beng Hock, Selangor beer sales regulatory, DAP’s Anthony Loke who was criticised of "menghina" Islam/Sultan and the article by Mohd Ridhuan Tee (The chinese muslim who criticised Chinese in Utusan Malaysia).

I won’t be surprised; the jobless of Pemuda Umno head, KJ will start to spread racial hatred for his political gain since he hasn't done anything "big" after taking over the leadership of the youth wing. Spreading hatred is something that he is good at.

Expose The Racist Writers In The Malay Newspapers

The malay language newspapers do it again! they keep publishing racism articles. I’m sick and angry but I can’t help because I’m just Charlie Soong (not Charlie Angels). I feel sorry that I can’t save this country from heading towards an even more serious race polarization. I hate the fact that I do not have super natural power to penalize those in Umno who are trying to destroy Malaysia. I can only see things happen, see the mighty Umno continue to use the mainstream media channels under their control to spread hatred in the Malaysia just to satisfy their power greed, in the name of protecting the Malays. There is really no such thing as fair competition in Malaysia, economically and politically. If we want to save Malaysia from falling further, if we want to save the Malays from being poisoned by Umno and continue to suffer, we need have to find a solution to stop these despicable acts by Umno. What else can we do?

What I can think of is to expose these hatchet men in Utusan and BH such as Noor Azam and Awang Selamat. These writers always hide behind their “nama pena” and we don’t really know who they are. I wonder if anyone knows exactly who they are. Some said Awang Selamat is in fact Zainuddin Maidin (The former Information minister) but I’m unable to verify that.

Hence, all Malaysian shall get to know these racist people and confront them. I would appreciate if anyone who has their photo please forward to me. I will then distribute their photo through internet. Therefore, anybody who meet them, be it at coffee shop, mosque, supermarket or even in the toilet can ask them why they want to make non-malay their enemy. They owe all of us an explanation.

I read it just few minutes ago. I already have doubt when I read the latest post because the first image indicating YB Ronnie Liu and the record was dated back 28 Jan 2008 which was before PR took over the state. For what reason Ronnie's name is there?

At this stage, I'm not sure if these DAP men are clean. At least there is no evidence to prove that they are not clean. However, it is hard to believe that the DAP men are so stupid to siphon money this way.

Personally, I'm more interested in the million dollar questions, it is real million dollar question. Let's tell us more about Khir Toyo's alleged RM24million house and his Disneyland tour first. Then, spend resources to go after this RM300K of alledged misapporiation.

Umno Declared War On Non-Malays

You see how Umno leaders commented on Teoh Beng Hock's death. All of them are out to protect the for show only "MACC". No doubt, this case is politicised. But Teoh Beng Hock himself is a politician, it is almost certainly this case will be politicised. Why are these Umno leader's think that the issue will not be politicised? By the way, Umno is the one who politicised MACC(a.k.a Umno's weapon to destroy the oppositions).

I agree that we must wait for the investigation to complete (with full transparent)before we can jump the gun. Though I hate to think but there is still a possibility that Teoh might not come clean which caused him to commit suicide. I really don't know and I can't tell...
Anyway, when a person who have assisted MACC in their investigation, found death within their premises, Isn't MACC the prime suspect when we have yet to see any evidence that MACC is not involved? Why must the Umno leaders so desperate to protect MACC? Any hidden agenda by Umno? What is wrong if we criticise MACC harshly? It is about lost of life, we might have just lost a potential capable leader! Ironically, Umno would go all out to protect the corrupted ex-MB who is not even a Malay. Despite the fact that we non-malay were born and raise here, we also contributed no less than the others to this beloved country but the racist Umno always take our contribution and loyalty for granted. Umno would rather trust those whose integrity is in doubt. Umno also has the mentallity of "we malay give you citizenship, you non malay better shut up!

Something make me even harder to stomach is the way the Umno leaders come out to protect MACC . Our dear DPM, Muyhiddin Yasin is so vocal in protecting MACC ( I still remember this half past six DPM quoted Dr Lim Teck Ghee's survey on the Bumiputra equity as rubbish). Our Defacto Law Minister, Nazri even warned the opposition not to turn this into a racial issues. I guess he did not read the Utusan Melampau and Berita Hasutan in the past few days where these long time racist newspapers provoked racial tension by relating the Teoh Beng Hock's issues to "challenging Malay controlled institution". Nowadays, Umno leaders can easily find an excuse to accuse non malay of challenging the Malay rights. I wonder if one day a Chinese origin opposition member caught urinating on "Tanah Rezab melayu", will he deemed to be challenging the Ketuanan Melayu?

Umno leaders have changed from bad to worse after they have lost badly in 2008 GE. They are all out to make full use of the Umno controlled newspapers to provoke racial tension and then turn around to accuse the opposition for being racist. Let me warn these Umno leaders to better berhati-hati in whatever you do. Don't take our silence for granted. Don't just because of you are a malay, you can turn the black to white.

Just a matter of one or two persons changed will not help. Non Malay should not remain silence when Umno already accused us for something "yang bukan-bukan". Things that the opposition never said and did, they put their racist words in the oppositions mouth. Can we still tolerate?

Lets teach Umno a lesson in the next GE.

My View On Indonesia Ban Maid Supply To Malaysia

Last Thursday, Indonesia has decided to temporary ban its nationals from coming to Malaysia to work as domestic helpers. I find that an immature decision and the reason is uncomprehending. Nevertheless, some agents defy the order by continue to send maids to Malaysia. The agents instead urge the Indonesian government to find solutions rather than just order an abrupt ban.

We have heard enough of maid abuse cases. It happened not only in Malaysia, we also heard similar cases in HK, Singapore and Middle East where Indonesia export their maids to. So why is Indonesian government reacted so strongly to one recent abuse case where the employer involved had been charged in court. Is is necessary to "temporarily" ban maids supplies to Malaysia? How are we suppose to make you happy?

It is an open secrets that Malaysia is just the training ground for the maids before they are qualified to work as maid elsewhere and hence earn more. Therefore, the maids supplied to Malaysia are known to be not as good as those to HK and Singapore. In another word, we are actually giving work opportunities to these Indonesian women. It is on the mutual benefit basis.

Have we not heard of maid abused their employers children? Is it something new that maids run away from their employers with their Indonesian lovers? Who will speak for us(employers) who do not receive the desire level of service from these maids. Mind you, we too are suffered. Have you Indonesia government also make sure the maids being taught the right moral and work attitudes before dumping them to Malaysia. Please look at the following video if you haven't. It happened in KL about 2 years ago. Are we so naive to think that there is only one such case so far?

If the Indonesia government wants to protect their people, just create more jobs for them and keep them in the country. We have no qualm about it. Instead, I'm happy to see the 300K Indonesian maids can return and work in their own country and hence, can directly contribute to building their nation and also maintain closer family ties.

I agree that the Indonesian maids also need protection and the government form both sides should sit down to discuss in greater detail instead of "cut the supply" abruptly.
If all Indonesian government wants is money, please ask politely. It is not a shame to demand for more money as long as you can justify it. It is not a smart move for Indonesia to threaten its neighbour who provides 2 million work opportunities to its nationals.

I'm bothered by a report in Malaysiakini.com yesterday, that a former serviceman who lost his right foot in battle with the communists, said: "People who call for his return and support communism should be shot dead." I guess the ex-soldier was not only lost his right foot but a bullet must have went through his brain which caused permanent damage that made him say something that is no rationale at all.

In the press conference, the Veteran Soldiers of Malaysia Association President, Muhammad Abdul Ghani showcase a few handicapped ex-soldiers to justify their stand not to allow the 85 year old Chin Peng to come home. The biggest joke was when he said the people who want Chin Peng to return must also be communists and support the ideology of communism. This is the level intelligent our leaders have.

As a layman, I don't like comunism but I understand the need to tolerate different political ideologies in reality but some of our malay counterparts simply don't understand and continue to be stubborned (berdegil) and racist.

I don't deny that many victims suffered during the communist insurgency (By the way, Malaya was not alone ), especially with the support from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Chin Peng was only a tool for the CCP. Hence, to show that how angry is our ex-soldier, banning Chin Peng from returning to Malaysia will not help to convey the message that our malay friends hate communism. Our government should confront China and demand compensations from them to make our ex-soldiers feel better. Najib should also cancel his China trip next week to show that Malaysia is serious about its past history.

Like wise, the Japanese had also committed war crimes during world war II , they killed many civillians and majority of them were chinese origin. The Japanese Emperial army killed far more civillians than the communists. Please stand up for the chinese Malaysian by teaching the Japanese government a lesson and stop kow-towing to the Japanese emperor.

Malaysia Under The Threat Of Revive Communism?

I can not agree more with Datuk Zaid Ibrahim who criticise the racist Umno politicians in relation to the suggestion to allow Chin Peng, the former communist leader to return home. In order to achieve its evil purpose, the Umno controlled malay media went all out to demonise Chin Peng in their series of reporting, as if the old man is capable to change and make Malaysia a comunist country again. Well! I don't deny that there is still a slight chance that Chin Peng wants to revive the comunism ideology to Malaysian. But it needs two to tango, how many of us will be attracted by communism? Umno think that the rakyat's thinking is still remained at the 60s'.

According to Rais Yatim and Ahmad Zahid Hamidi there is a new enemy. The duo cited that those who suggested to allow Chin Peng to return home are trying to revive comunism. Is it really so? Can our minister make such a irresponsible statement? To me, I welcome Chin Peng to come home to see for himself the successful and the beauty of free market and show him how poor are the few comminism countries left in the world.

Why is Umno then willing to spend so much money in their various media platforms, just to demonise this old man who is probably setting one of his foot in the coffin? The only reason for Umno to do so is to divert people's attention from the country's economy problems, constituency crisis and the countless law suit which have some bearing in Umno's reputation.

I still remember when I was young, I have seen countless times of government owned TV stations broadcasted the malay movie called "Bukit Kepong". In that movie, there are many scenes in the movie about the comunist kill the villages in a cruel manner. By and large, the movie is trying to remind people, especially the malay how cruel is the communist(mostly chinese), or in short, Chinese kill Malay. Is this how Umno promote racial harmony?

Umno is good in labelling others of being racsim, for example Dong Jiao Zhong, Hindraf. In fact, most of the racist souls are from within Umno. If the Malay ex-communist like Rashid Maidin and Shamsiah Fakeh can come home, why not a chinese ex-communist?

In my humble opinion, I don't thing those who call for allowing Chin Peng to return to Malaysia is the country's new enemy. Instead, Umno is the No 1 enemy in our effort to promote racial harmony.

Najib And Zambry Don't Understand?

I'm very sick of hearing Najib, Zambry and other Umno clowns who said that BN accepted the fact after 308 defeat in Perak and BN did not make noise like what PR did. Najib & Zambry keep saying they don't understand why PR behave like that....

Well, BN always legitimite their wrong doing. They hoped that some people will believe in the misleading messages and hence, sympatise with BN.

The darn fact is, the collapse of BN government in the 2008 GE was done through the vote of people. Of course BN will have to accept people's decision. But in the 206 collapse of PR government, it was due to BN snatched power in the dubious manner, Perak people have no say over it. That was BN's plot to snatch power without respecting the people's decision for a PR government in 308. I guess BN still doesn't know how much curse and swear that the betrayal, Hee Yit Foong received from not only the people of Jelapang (the constituency she is representing) but whole of Perak.

These are the people's will that BN choose to ignore. Najib did not even dare to face the people in Jelapang when he was supposed to attend a function in Jelapang after Hee Yit Foong defected, over the security concern. He knew that people are not happy but he insisted until today not to dissolve the DUN.

In addition, BN is also a collect rubbish by habouring the two suspect bribe taking ex-PKR men(the case has been quiet lately and the two would probably be set free ultimately). Therefore, we can see BN is willing to do thing at any cost just to gain control of Perak(see who is power crazy). The people are angry and the strong protest from PR is because they represent the people of Perak to fight for justice. What PR's demand today is to dissolve the DUN, that is the demand of the people. In contrary, BN choose to cling on to the power (real power crazy) by any other means except for a snap poll.

No one says that PR must be the government of Perak. What people want is a fair and democratic way for them to choose the government. If BN wins in the the snap poll, by all mean, there is no reason for PR to fight for the control of the state again.

I hope Najib and Zambry will understand this simple reason from now on and don't always say they don't understand and pretend to be the victim in the Perak drama. In fact, BN stands a good chance to win back Perak because quite a number of Malays seem to believe that the devil DAP majority PR state government will sideline the Malay race if PR continue to rule.

Like it or not, the Malay is the majority in the state. If their votes swing back to UMNO because they believe only UMNO can protect them, that is their rights as voters. PR just have to work harder to convince the Malay that they too can protect the Malay or can even do better. When the black Obama can protect the interest of his fellow white Americans. Same logic can apply to Malaysia too.

So BN, please be gentlemen and don't choose to be a political snatch thief!

Umno Assemblymen Are Hopeless

Today,May 14 MalaysiaInsider.com reported that Penang Gerakan chairman Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan was criticised for proposing the Perak state assembly be dissolved as his comment can cause friction in Barisan Nasional (BN).

Of course the criticism come from no other than Umno reps. The Kubu Gajah assemblyman Ahmad Zainuddin Raja Omar said that BN has the majority voice in Perak and Perak's crisis is due to PR's refusal to accept the fact that they have lost the majority. I think that is Ahmad Zainuddin's personal view which is not really make sense because BN has only 28 assemblymen plus 3 "friendly" voices. BN will not accept the trio at the moment because the 3 have integrity issues (two of them pending for corruption charges). Hence BN does not have the majority. Bet you, the 3 defectors will lost their seats if the by election to be held in the respective constituency.

The next cartoon network character, the Umno information chief cum Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Ahmad Maslan said it should be explained to the people of Perak why BN had the right to govern the state as BN had the majority in the state assembly and he would explain every issue pertaining to the Perak political crisis during his visits to the states soon. Excuse me! being the Umno information chief doesn't mean your information is reliable. In this internet age, people would rather read the non main stream news platforms to obtain information rather than relying on "information from the Umno infromation chief". Furthermore, Malysian are more matured nowadays in their thinking. I guess Ahmad Maslan may still achieve his intention by going to the malay heartland to scare the kampong folks. In the urban and semi urban areas, no way Umno can talk their way through because the rakyat already known Umno's dirty tricks.

To win back people's trust, Umno really need a big overhaul. Umno can not lie to rakyat forever.

One Malaysia Destroyed One Perak

As I mentioned yesterday, the court ruling is for show only. First of all, it is amazing how fast the court of appeal can response to Dr Zambry appeal case on stay of execution on the High Court ruling that Nizar is the rightful mentri besar. If I'm not mistaken, since the beginning of the legal battle between PR & BN in Perak, this is the second time the court does BN favour by putting their case on fast track. Today when the court of appeal passed the ruling, they could not even fix a date for the hearing. When Nizar filed a case against Zambry, Nizar has to wait but when Zambry filed a case against Nizar, the court has suddenly become so efficient, as if the court of appeal has no other case to handle. Isn't it bias and ridiculous?

So, when the police, civil servants, sergeant at arm in the assembly and even the palace are all aligned with BN. How could PR win in such an unfair stuation?

The BN has started all this nonsense by enticing the 3 ADUN to "crossover". The interest of the Perakians have never been BN's priority. They have ruined the state administration because they did not plan properly before snatching the control of the assembly from PR. Everything is done in a hasty manner, just to make sure Najib have something to be proud of and take over the country's leadership with his head up. Now, he has nothing to offer on how to solve the problems in Perak. He leave it to the "MB", Datuk Zambry...

Nizar The Perak Menteri Besar, So What?

The federal high court today ruled that Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin is the real mentri besar of Perak. Some said this is a pleasant surprise because many have expected that the court would rule in favour of Zambry.

I still sceptical about the independence of our judiciary system. I still not convinced just because of this particular verdict. In the previous few cases in relation to the Perak constitution crisis, the court ruling have been to BN's favoure. Today's ruling though is a set back to Zambry's administration but there is nothing to stop Zamry from removing Nizar in the shortest possible time. BN can just call for an emergency assembly sitting to table a motion of no-confidence to remove Nizar. The Ace is stil in Zambry's hand.

Nizar also said to be seeking an audience with the Sultan but the latter is not in the country. So, the situation is not to PR's advantange. There is no big deal in being declared as the legitimate owner of the state executive because PR simply don't have the majority in the state asembly.

PR should not be overjoyed and they should have thought of the strategies going forward, regardless of the court's verdict. These two days is very important to Nizar. Time is really short...

What Raja Nazrin Told Nizar & Ngeh?

Before the start of the royal speech by Raja Nazrin on the 7 th May State Asembly. His majesty asked Nizar and ousted senior exco Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham to approach him. They did their sembah and kissed the regent's hand.

While Raja Nazrin took care to speak to them away from the microphone, his advice, which sounded more like an admonishment, was audible over the public address system.

The Raja Muda told the duo "I don't want to get involved in this. I just want to give my speech, so respect my speech, when I am giving it. You understand that? If you want to work with me in future, you have to respect my speech. Understand?

"So go and tell that (to the Pakatan Rakyat state assemblymen who had stood together in front of the royal dais to take their seats)."

Nizar then told the PR state assemblymen to sit so that Raja Nazrin could deliver his opening address for the first meeting of the second session of the 12th state assembly.

I'm puzzle with what Raja Nazrin said to the duo. He said he did not want to involve in this, but didn't he realise that all these mess are because of Sultan Azlan Shah's refusal to dissolve the state assembly? Raja Nazrin shouldn't even said that he just want to deliver his speech and that it? That's sound weird, as if Perak's current situation has nothing to do with the ruler of the state. Tuanku, I'm totally lost!

By all mean, if the Sultan Azlan Shah think that only BN can bring prosperities to the silver state, be it. Then use whatever power vested in the ruler to boot PR out once and for all. Don't leave the problems dangling neither here nor there. The one suffered ultimately are the anak Perak.

I don't know how his majesty feels, but I feel very sorry for Perakians who live in the state of absolute chaos.

Utusan Main Api

Bangkitlah Melayu! Seperti biasa, Utusan memainkan sentimen perkauman lagi di muda hadapannya hari ini. Memang kita tahu, Utusan ada hak mutlak untuk memainkan isu perkauman . Kalau suratkhabar lain yang berbuat demikian, pastinya ia akan menerima surat amaran daripada KDN. Aneh sekali, di gambar muka hadapan juga, Najib sedang masak capati bersama beberapa wanita sikh.

Memang Melayu kena bangkit, bangkit untuk menentang ketuanan Umno, menentang mereka yang memainkan isu perkauman untuk kepentingan diri sendiri, terutamanya Umno dan kroninya.

Apa maksudnya "berhadapan dengan tuntutan kaum lain yang kini dilihat semakin keterlaluan". Apa itu keterlaluan? Adakah kaum lain meminta supaya jangan tolong melayu yang masih miskin? Adakah kaum lain tuntut masjid dirobohkan? Mana satu tuntutan kaum lain adalah bertujuan untuk melemahkan atau menindaskan orang melayu? Benda apa yang orang melayu telah hilang kepada kaum lain dan bagaimananya hilang?

Umno memang harapkan semua kaum tiada tuntutan. Lagi baik semua rakyat ikut apa jua arahan yang diberikan oleh Umno. Umno lebih suka kalau orang melayu tidak menuntut supaya orang melayu tidak akan maju dan insaf dengan agenda persendirian orang Umno. Saya rasa perjalanan Umno sudah hampir sampai hujung jalan. Ia tidak ada idea atau cara baru untuk menemajukan bangsa melayu. Najib akan menjadi PM yang terakhir daripada Umno.

Najib's New Cabinet Line-Up

Since Najib announced his new vision of "one Malaysia", I expect his new cabinet line-up more than just dropping a few under achievers and introducing a few new faces. To me, this new cabinet line up is nothing more than the old method in power allocation based on how much the component party "worth" to Umno (still Umno call the shot).

Look at the new cabinet line-up, we don't see that the appointment holder are best person for the job. It is merely the old BN model to make sure everybody in the component party is happy, rather than to meet the need of the nation. Why the important portfolios are always allocated to UMNO candidates? Are other races so incompetent to assume the Education, Finance, Home and International Trade portfolios? Is Hishammudin performed well as Education Minister until such that Najib has to give him the Home important portfolio of Home Minister? or is there other agenda that Najib has to make sure his cousin holding the Home Minister which is also controlling the police force and Immigration?

Umno wants to make Sabah happy, and therefore, four minister posts gone to Sabah. Is there such thing as to reward a political party with cabinet post? Isn't the suitability of the person is more important than anything else?

Apart from that, Najib new cabinet line-up is also formed under Mahathir's influence. Mukhriz, an absolute loser, except for him being fathered by Tun Dr Mahathir, what is the consideration that Najib make him the Deputy Minister for International Trade and Industry? Why is it in him, Mukhriz, the first term MP for this post? To me, even though KJ being committed practicing money politics in UMNO party election (by the way, who doesn't in Umno), I'm sure he has better brain and experience compared to Mukhriz. Of course, KJ should not be assigned portfolio which is related to national unity. He appeared to be 'happy' that at least his Pemuda Umno deputy, Razali Ibrahim is appointed as Youth and Sport Deputy Minister.

By the way, if KJ's exclusion in the cabinet line-up is due to his fault for money politic, Najib should also do the same to Ali Rustam, the Melaka Chief Minister who was barred from contesting the Umno Deputy President's post due to him committed fault in money politic.

Altantuya's murder case is far from 'closed'

The two cops, Azilah and Sirul were sentenced to death by the Shah Alam High Court for the cold blooded murder of Mongolian beauty Altantunya Shaarriibuu. The prosecutor believe that no other people involved in Altantuya's murder case. So, what's next will probably be the two cops to file an appeal to the court of appeal and federal court. That will be another lengthy hearing process. Hence, the case is far from "closed".

After the court conveyed their verdict, I as the ordinary folks still feeling something is missing (may be I watched too much TV series). I believe others too, have a nagging feeling on what was the two cops motive to commit this crime. The court did not address the motive in the murder, which had not been touched at all throughout the trial.

As per the rumour that has been in the air all this while, the two may have acted on instructions, as they would not resort to such action if they had not been instructed or because of something else. So who is the person behind this? Needless to say, this person must have the authority to allow the C4 explosive to be removed from the vault and instruct the immigration to delete Altantuya's entry records.

If there is in fact an upper hand involvement in this case, I'm skeptical that justice will be brought to the 2 cops (they are just the killing machine). This key person will do everything to save the the man who worked for him. Therefore, even if the death sentence remains after the appeal, the cops can still escape the gallows. For a simple reason, if this key person has the power to instruct the change in immigration records, what is so difficult to give these two cops new identities after the 'execution'. After all, hardly anybody recognised their faces (except for those in the court) as their faces are well covered all the time. This is how things can happen.

The Perak police has put in an additional condition for those who wants to apply for permit to hold rally or ceramah for the Bukit Gantang by election campaign, that is "Do not touch on Altantuya's issue". As reported today by merdekareview.com.

I think in Malaysia, we like to hear and talk about the issue. There is the only a few of them who hates the issue and always avoid the issue.

I feel that the new clause not only absurd, it is againts the law. The clause seems to cater to someone's need at the expense of "freedom of speech". The case is no secret and why are the speakers can not talk about it?

There is no further written clarification on what constitute "isu Altantuya" In order to comply with the "new ruling", the ceramah speakers should not to mention Altantuya but they can say mongolian women, C4 explosive, Najib's alledge love affairs, cold blooded murder, Razak Baginda, Sirul, Azilah...

Our top guy has started to flex his muscle...Hence, more strange ruling will come. This is what we call "reform".

Internet Media Barred From Umno Party Election

I feel very sick when I read about the "not so friendly" internet media are barring from coverring the Umno AGM. Is this one of the step taken by Umno to reform? What message is Umno trying to send? Is it now that Umno can not even accomodate different opinions or critism.

As someone who consume the internet media on a daily basis, no news from internet media doesn't make me believe 100% in the news reporting from printed media. That is simply becuase we analyse and think . For example, we will only take 30% at most, for the political news reported by Utusan Malaysia.

The conclusion is, as long is Umno is in power, they will not act fair. There is no level playground in Umno's context. They want you to hear what they think you should hear, see what you should see.

Umno Party Election

If everything goes in accordance with schedule and plan, Najib Razak will be Malaysia's next PM after the Umno party election which started today. He was reported to call for "massive change" in the ruling party as it heads for critical leadership polls this week. It is no brainer to understand the purpose of the call for reform call since Umno lost a fair bit of Malay's support in the 2008 political Tsunami.

For Najib, it will be critical for him not to make anymore mistake as he has enough baggage on the various scandals that alleged involving him. But can he as someone who is associated with so many scandals convincing enough to push for a reform? Apart from that, there are many challenges ahead waiting for him such as economy problem, corruption, race integration and many more.

We will also wonder what approach will Najib adopted in addressing the issues. We already seen how he snatched power from the PR ruled Perak, he ordered the suspension of the opposition publication of Harakah and Suara Keadilan and what else...

I'm not too optimistic that he will take things the mild approach as Abdullah Ahmad Badawi did. Instead, he might use iron fist approach to ensure he remain in control. So, MCA, Gerakan, MCA and gang have to be prepared...

Samy Vellu Wins is Indian's Lose

Samy Vellu learnt fast from UMNO; find a way to disqualify the challenger. Today reported in Malaysiakini that M Muthupalniappan, the only challenger to Samy, failed to obtain enough nominations to qualify for contest. That was unfortunate for the Indian community, who is already very unfortunate.

I'm not sure will Muthupalniappan be a good MIC boss. But for sure, I don't see Samy Vellu is. He has been MIC's party boss for 20 years, I don't see the Indians in the country progressed well in term of every aspect; many Indians are remained poor and they are always associated with crime. The number of Tamil schools are reducing. Maika Holdings has been managed by Samy's son and the Indian community has to bear the responsibilities of poor business management. Is the Indian wants another poor 20 years?

The Indian community has been loyal to BN before the political tsunami in 2008, where they also rejected BN together with other races. Why now reverse back when come to party election? The Indian should help themselves first. Why blame the government for not rendered enough help to you when you chose an ineffective leader to represent your interest?

If the Indians still don't believe in PKR or DAP can help them, they should be bold enough to correct the wrong in the MIC first, then talk about how to fight for their rights in the government.

Umno Party Election - Ali Rustam Is Out

Ali Rustam bersalah dan dilarang daripada bertanding...so he is out! That is the announcement made by the Umno Disciplinary board chairman, Tengku Ahmad Rithaudeen today. So who is Ali Rustam? I don't really see what he has done for the country or state until he is appointed Melaka's CM and in the current Umno VP rank. He is also one of the contestant for the deputy president post in next week's Umno party poll. The 4th floor guy, Khairy Jamaluddin is also among the 15 guilty party members, but he got away with a "stern" warning. The most unpleasant surprise would be the alleged most corrupted person in Selangor was cleared of any wrong doing.

My opinion on the above sandiwara.

First of all, there is a invisible force trying to uproot Abdullah influence within Umno. Ali Rustam who is belongs to Abdullah camp and he is out now. Look at Khairy Jamaluddin, even though he is not barred from running for the youth chief post, he is technically finished because he is not clean enough compared to Khir Toyo, who is cleared by Umno's disciplinary committee. Umno is trying to make sure Mukriz's contender is clean so that Mukriz can win the post with his head up. This is in a way to compliment Najib's efforts in building a clean team so as to shed some negative perception by public on Najib. Another Umno member from Pak Lah's camp, the Tourism Minister, Datuk Azalina Othman is also perceived as finished in view of her being investigated by MACC.

Secondly, this Umno party election is indeed a party posts allocation event rather than a genuine party poll. There is no contest for the top post and the contest for the No 2 is also seems to be unlikely. The arrangement is to give Muhyiddin Yassin green light to take over the deputy president post. Mat Taib's chances is even slimmer, in view of his dirty background. He is also known to be Abdullah's staunch supporter.

Thirdly, money politics is so rampant in Umno, do we believe that only the 15 of them guilty of vote buying? Is Najib clean (at least from money politic)in the first place?

Will Abdullah just sit there and wait for things to happen? Could there be some more explosive evidence in Altantuya's case that implicates Najib? Let us see what happen in a week or two.

What happened in the Perak state assembly lately is really an eye opener for all Malaysian. We found a new way to get rich quick, at the expense of national interest.

To be honest, it is not a difficult decision to make when BN offered these PR reps to crossover . The 3 slump-dogs that become "BN friendly" now can think of their retirement plan and how to spend the money (alleged that BN paid RM500million to entice other PR assemblyperson to crossover, so what they have gotten should not bee too far away in view of their important positions). For them to betray PR, the amount will have to be substantial enough because after this term, the 3's political life will be finished. This is because of voters' perception about their integrity. It is too risky for BN or PR to field them again in future's election.

I want to be a millionaire and I hope I was given a chance to contest in the 12th GE under the opposition. Reason being, this is the fastest way to realise my dream. We are talking about big business here; just ask yourself how many times in life does this type of chances come by? I was wrong that money politic was only practiced in Umno's party election, in fact it happened anywhere. Thanks for the good practice, Umno!

One might wonder what level of integrity do these party hopper have? I believe that all religions want their followers to have high level of integrity in whatever they do. Have these people misinterpreted their religion teaching? In my opinion, we are just not at that integrity level yet regardless of your religion because based on what happened in Perak, integrity can be traded. in this country. Therefore, I strongly feel that an anti hopping act is imminent to "help" the elected representatives to have high level of integrity.

If BN continues with this tactic to bring down other PR state governments , there is a good chance that in the 13th GE, more states will fall under PR (if PR still exist then). So, it is worth to consider joining politics now to increase your chance to be a millionaire in the near future.

PEMUDA UMNO indeed celaka

In my opinion, Karpal speaks nothing but the truth. Many of us do have the same thinking, Pemuda Umno indeed “celaka”. In case of some unscrupulous parties purposely misinterpret my statement, I repeat, I mean Pemuda Umno celaka, not the vast Malay. Pemuda Umno should not raise their fists against the wheelchair bound old man. Just go down to the street to survey how many of them think that Pemuda Umno is celaka.

As part of the governing political party, Pemuda Umno should know better than anyone else about the proper channels and legal ways to express their dissatisfaction, not resorted to the violent and samseng way. Waited for Karpal Singh at the Parliament entrance is the same like the illegal loan shark puffing while waiting for the loan defaulter to come home. Permuda Umno is also not giving the minimal respect to the parliament. They always champion the need to respect the rulers, I agree. But Pemuda also has to remember that they need to respect the Parliament also.

Pemuda Umno unilaterally claims that they represent Malay and hence Karpal’s statement hurts the Malays. It is strange, despite losing the support from the Malay in the 2008 GE, they still think that the Malays are wholeheartedly support the corrupted UMNO. Pemuda seems to forget about the existence of other youth wings from PAS and PKR, they are Malay too. How can Pemuda represent the Malay when Umno barely obtain 50% of the support from the Malays? With their inmatured or “Samseng” behavior, it is more appropriate to say that Pemuda represent the radical Malay.

Why would pemuda be so “samseng” nowadays? The Pemuda becomes more daring ever since Hishamuddin waved his dagger at the Umno Assembly. The worst is, there were no punishments imposed by the mother body, Umno.

The Pemuda Umno leaders have one thing in common; they incite racial hatred to garner support from the grassroots. Whenever these leaders say something big, it will accuse other races of challenging the Malays in every aspect. We have never heard of their constructive proposal to revive our economy because their main agenda is to be racist. The 4th floor oxford grad even proposed to recruit the crime prone mat rempit into Pemuda. When you think of Khir Toyo, what other good things that we can associate him with, other than lying and dubious land deals in Selangor when he was the MB? Reezan Merican…siapa…I did not even hear of his contribution.

Hence, Pemuda Umno should prove that they are not celaka. Otherwise, the movement should be abolished. The presents of Pemuda Umno have done more harm than good to this country.

Umno Hina Agama Lain?

The Barisan Nasional assemblyperson for Permatang Berangan, Shabudin has allegedly described the setting up of the council by Penang’s DAP-led Pakatan Rakyat government “as an insult to Islam”. And the big time accomplice Utusan Malaysia, as usual try to heat up the issue by published the "news" prominantly in its yesterday's frontpage "DAP hina islam?" with a question mark on it.

It never stopped there, it continues today,. It says "Lim Guan Eng nafi" and "Shabudin ada bukti". From this, we can see that UMNO is still doesn't really care about the feeling of other races and religions. And Utusan can still fabricate stories and lies without having to worry about the responsiblilities. How many times that we have seen Utusan playing up racial and religious issues and just get away without punishment? or this is what they called "Ketuanan Melayu"? Malay can bully others races but other races just have to accept it?

However, I admit that there are a few Malays who are willing to come out to tell the truth , such as the PAS members in the picture who lodged police report against Utusan's racist report. But, how many Malay will actually have access to the truth? Majority of the Malay will now think that DAP hina islam.

I can foresee that nothing will happen to Utusan as a result of the police report made by PAS because Utusan has got the licence to lie? include spreading hatred among Malaysians? I have not forgoten that when Khir Toyo lied about Theresa Kok instructed a mosque to stop playing the morning prayers through loud speakers. What happened after that? Toyo is still a freeman today, still have time to go Penang to lead in the street protest.

It is already bad enough to have a government who is full of lies. Hence, don't support anything published by the government. You can read but please don't buy or sell Utusan Malaysia! If you do that, you are promoting racial polarisation.

Who did this to Elizabeth Wong?

Someone took her photo while she sleep naked at her own residence. Then someone distributed the photos to the media. The intention is obvious, to bring her down. The next question is who would want to bring her down? Since she is public figure,there are many possibilities, such as her secret admirer, her ex-lover, her opponents from within PKR or PR, and 0f course Barisan National.

Alleged that her ex-boyfriend could be the one took the photos. But what was his motive if it is not for money? If it is for money, who will then have such a deep pocket to satisfy him? In fact, the reward must be substantial enough for him to take the risk to expose Eli's photos.

The Selangor's most corrupted person (if you are living in Selangor or Klang valley, you should know who I'm referring to) even associate her as a person with no moral. I can not imagine if someone take my photo while I sleep naked at home and later say that I'm immoral. What type of logic is this?

Eli may be the YB at work but she is just an ordinary women at home, She can do whatever she likes at home. Who are we to quetion what she does at home? Is it unlawful to sleep naked?

I'm puzzled. Could this be another plot by BN to bring down another PR state government? Other than Liza, there are at least 3 other PKR reps that are likely to quit or bought over by BN. They are PAS assemblyperson, Dr Halimah Ali was accused of being detained for 'khalwat', Port Klang assemblyperson Badrul Hisham Abdullah who went missing and PKR Kapar's MP S. Manikavasagam who claimed that MB, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim not sincere in resolving Indian's problems. All these are just sound too familiar and alarming.

Lastly, I hope Elizabeth will remain strong in facing this political plot and don't quit. We are solidly behind you.

Umno's Wayang In Backing The Rulers

Traitor here and traitor there, UMNO is now going all out to make sure that the Malay masses believe in Pakatan Rakyat (PR) is a “traitor”. UMNO’s effort in waiting patiently finally paid off. PR fell into their trap and UMNO will seize the opportunity to blow thing out of proportion. Even though PR is now trying very hard to salvage the situation, but the harm is done. UMNO has got the upper hand now because the Malay is now looks upon UMNO as modern Hang Tuah who’s absolute and unfaltering loyalty to the Sultan is beyond doubt whereas PR is now the modern Hang Jebat, the traitor.

Through Utusan Malaysia and Berita Harian, UMNO called for stripping DAP chairman Karpal Singh of his citizenship and to banish Datuk Seri Anwar and Datuk Seri Nizar. Ironically, the “Senior Editor” of Utusan, Awang Selamat called the action of PR challenging the decision of Sultan Azlan Shah to appoint a BN government in Perak as “CRIME”. What a big word used by this low brain power and yet high ranking journalist in Utusan. I think Umno might as well redefine the criminal law and appoint Awang to replace Tan Sri Zaki (Chief Justice).

According to Awang, constitutional monarchy does not allow anyone to insult or ridicule the rulers. But when the UMNO went against the rulers in Perlis and Terengganu over the choice of Menteri Besar, Utusan was OK with that. This shows how inconsistent Utusan is. This is a strong evidence of double standard by UMNO. The law in their hands, they can interpret a situation the way they want it.

Today, Umno may be backing the rulers because the decision is to their advantage. If tomorrow, one of the ruler wake up in the morning and feels that Datuk ABC from BN is not good enough to lead the state and decides to appoint Tan Sri XYZ from PR. I don’t think UMNO will be that “polite” anymore. Hishamuddin may unshield his dagger once more and..... kiss (I’m just speculating).

No doubt about that, we all need to pay our due respect to the Raja and Sultan as Malaysia citizen. As a matter of fact, there were not many cases that people challenging the rulers in the past. As long as I can remember, the challengers were come from UMNO, for example Selangor’s ex MB, Tan Sri Mohd Taib who married Sultan Selangor’s daughter quietly and Dr M who removed the rulers immunisation from the federal constitution in 1993 (Dr M is also to be blamed for today’s situation). So UMNO has also committed “CRIME”?

Lastly, respect is something comes from the bottom of our heart. There is no way you can force someone to respect you if you don’t deserve to be respected. Most of us are educated and matured enough to differentiate between right and wrong. We all entitled to express our opinion in whether the ruler is right or wrong.

Pemuda Yang Tidak Berfikiran Rasional

Cuba tengok, selepas Khairy, sekarang pula Khir Toyo yang mengadakan tunjuk perasaan atas kenyataan Karpal nak bawa Sultan Perak ke mahkamah. Pemuda Umno masih bersikap demikian. Mereka ini tidak berpengetahuan, tidak memahami prinsip-prinsip asas undang-undang dan tidak tahu menghormati orang lain. Yang paling teruk sekali, selalu mengadakan tunjuk perasaan yang tidak berasas (bazir masa dan wang). Karpal adalah seorang peguam berpengalaman yang hanya menyatakan haknya sebagai seorang rakyat dari segi undang undang. Apa salahnya? Kalau nak pun, salahkan Tun Dr M yang menarik balik semua hak imunisasi sultan. Tetapi pada masa itu, siapakah yang ada "bola" nak menentang Tun Dr M? Pemuda Umno kenalah buat kerja rumah terlebih dahulu dan fikir baik-baik sebelum buka mulut. Kalau nak tentang kenyataan Karpal, ikutlah saluran yang betul, cabar dia di mahkamah. Rupanya Pemuda Umno belum diajar apa dia itu saluran betul.

Pemimpin Pemuda Umno asyik saja melakukan sesuatu atas nama membela nasib orang melayu, sebenarnya mereka hanyalah mengambil kesempatan untuk mencapai matalamat kepentingan persendirian. Mereka ini cuba menonjolkan diri sebagai hero orang melayu, nak membela nasib orang melayu dan kononnya menyokong kedaulatan Institusi Raja-raja dan Sistem Raja Berperlembagaan. Tetapi jelas sekali, tujuan sebenar mereka ini adalah mengaut sokongan untuk bertandaing dalam pilihan parti Umno bulan depan.

Saya tidak faham, orang yang sering kali dikaitkan dengan rasuah, bohong dan fitnah, masih dapat sokongan daripada ahli pemuda, apa sudah jadi? adakah kita sedang menggalakkan budaya bohong, rasuah dan fitnah? Pemimpin-pemimpin pemuda Umno inilah yang bakal menjadi pemimpin negara, mananya masa depan negara kita? Oleh sebab itu, saya menyokong cadangan Tengku Ahmad Rithauddeen supaya membubarkan sayap-sayap UMNO termasuk Pemuda Umno, yang tidak memberi apa-apa manfaat dalam pembangunan negara.

What Can Happen In Perak From Now?

Done deal. BN reclaimed Perak with the support of the 3 "independent" assemblymen. Since BN is now commanding the state assembly with their 28+3 votes versus 28 of PR, Datuk Mohd Nizar will not survive the no confidence vote when the state assembly resume next month. So, what happen in BN & PR from now till the reopen of the state assembly is very critical to both sides. There is no room for negligent, let alone "mistake". At this moment, the luck is not with PR as the Sultan of Perak prefers BN over PR and convinced that BN has the support of the majority in the state assembly.

What can happen during this period?

PR continues to add pressure to the palace so that the Sultan will consent to dissolve the state assembly. As they are many objections from the people on the ground, there is a chance that Sultan will accede to rakyat's will and agree to dissolve the state assembly to pave way for at a snap poll. After all , Sultan Azlan Shah will not want to be seen as a ruler who go against rakyat's will.
The 2 defectors are facing graft charges . They may be sentenced to jail for more than 6 months. Hence, they will have to relinquish their state assemblymen post and a by-election will be called. If this becomes reality, there is a good chance that PR will win in the by-election and regain the control in the state assembly. However, Najib will not want see this happenning. He will do everything at any price to prevent this from happenning. The prediction on the street is that the graft charges will be dropped ultimately (We all use to hear that important evidence can dissapear during last minute) and the duo will be free again. Then, UMNO will welcome these to clean men with the red carpet. That is the reason why the duo still remained as BN friendly state assemblymen instead of joining straight away so as not to "containminate" BN. Hee Yit Fong will join either Gerakan or MCA as she needs to "keep her promise" to be an independent after exit from DAP.
BN will work very hard to secure more defectors from PR. This is due to BN urgently need to have more non-malay representative in their state exco line up.
Since BN gained control through the support of the 3 independent state representatives, not BN members, there is no guarantee that the 3 will not object some of the issue raise in the state assembly. Worst, they may return to PR (that will be very unfortunate for the people in the constituencies.
Not to forget also there could be defections from BN to PR. One should not under estimate Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's abilities.

There are now 2 Menteri Besar in Perak and both of them are claiming to be the legal one. The Sultan has urged the people to accept Dr Zambry as the new MB and pay him due respect. Sure, if Tuanku say so, who are we to say no. But, the Sultan may have miscalculated because his decision is against people's will. The traditional respect has been diminished. If PR regain Perak one day, he will have to accept Datuk Mohd Nizar again. It is difinitely hard to work closely between the Sultan & the MB.

Amid the global economy crisis, the current political turmoil is a disaster for negeri Perak and Malaysia as a whole. Najib as the PM in waiting, priorotised his efforts in the the Perak coup instead of paying full attention to address the country's economy issues. He did this just to strengthen his position for his new role as UMNO president. Do you think he can be the good PM when he put his personal interest above all?

Kill The Frogs

I did not expect so many frogs and so fast... They lied with their eyes open. What else if it is not because of money? Anyway, UMNO/BN is the right place for corrupted politician.

By the way, PKR should learn a lesson here. Do not put so much hope on those with only SPM qualification. Less educated people are certainly not good enough to represent the rakyat and they can be bought by money easily. Perak people were lucky to have Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin as MB. Can you imagine how bad it would be today if the MB post went to the ex-postman, Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi. He was one of the candidates that were proposed by the PR to take on the MB post.

Having said that, if Perak sultan agrees for a snap poll, that will be good news for the rakyat and PR. Then the people should give a clearer mandate to PR to run the state government. However, if the Sultan is in favour of a BN government. PKR should not follow the dirty foot step of BN to induce defectors. Instead, the PKR, PAS & DAP Assemblymen should get back to work harder and play an effective opposition role so that you can win back people’s support. The Perak people will be able to judge again in less than 4 years time. (Don’t forget to punish the frogs with our vote)

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 — Whatever the outcome of the political imbroglio in Perak, Malaysians should remember the names of Datuk Nasharudin Hashim, Mohd Osman Jailu, Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi and Hee Yit Foong forever.

They represent the worst species of politicians — self-serving; greedy; unprincipled; cowardly and dishonest.

How else would you describe politicians who go begging for votes wrapped in the colours of their political party, who rattle off reasons why Umno, Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) and DAP deserve to win, only to repudiate everything they told the voters less than 12 months later?

They are as despicable as Barclays Premier League footballers who kiss the badge of their club before adoring thousands only to demand a transfer 24 hours later for a bigger pay packet.

According to Nasharudin, he took the decision to switch from Umno to PKR after serious consideration of the country’s political situation and in the interest of his supporters and voters in Bota. Sure he did.

The fact that he had been forced to give up his parliamentary seat and the chairmanship of Felcra to Datuk Tajudin Rahman did not factor at all in his thinking to switch camps.

Why he did a pirouette today is anybody’s guess?

But rest assured it was not because he had a higher calling.

At a press conference in Putrajaya today, he rambled on: ”The situation in the state is critical. I have to make sacrifices.’’ Sure he did.

Then there is the case of Mohd Osman and Jamaluddin. Hard to believe that two individuals as slippery as these two managed to persuade the voters of Changkat Jering and Behrang that they were worthy of support in March.

That’s what happens when the political wave comes in, it brings in deadwood, sludge and flotsam.

The fact is that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and PKR were challenged to field a decent crop of candidates in Election 2008. So they left the bar low. The result: a motley crew of elected representatives.

For months Mohd Osman and Jamaluddin have been planning and scheming to leave PKR, no doubt prodded by Umno/BN officials who were seeking to narrow the three-seat majority which Pakatan Rakyat enjoyed in the state assembly.

Those who believe in conspiracy theories say that the duo are hoping that by going independent and backing the BN, the corruption charges against them will disappear.

No one knows their motivation except that they put their interest above everybody else’s. Worse yet, they behaved like fugitives, hiding from their families, friends and constituents like common criminals and then offering insulting excuses.

Jamaluddin said that he was incommunicado because he was having back problems and was seeking treatment in Pahang. He also said that loyal to PKR. A day later, he resigned from PKR.

Should anyone trust a lawmaker like him? Should any voter trust him or Hee the next time they stump for votes?

In life, we usually treat the unprincipled and dishonest people shabbily. Why should politicians be given a free pass?

Who Is Clean From Money Politics In UMNO?

When the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) takes the swift action to insvetigate money politics in UMNO. There are some UMNO members feel very strong (or they scared...) about the investigation, they protested MACC's intervention in UMNO's party internal matters. I don't understand these people's mindset when they protest the investigation. Their act is a joke and make Malaysian "malu" only.

Is UMNO above the law such that corruptions practice happpened within UMNO can not be investigated by MACC? I don't understand why UMNO people are still so arrogant. They thought that law is in their hand and they can do whatever they want , include dropping the "corruption" charges againts the 2 Perak PR assemblymen.

The next question will be how many corrupted leaders in UMNO? Is the protest mooted by those dirty leaders? And the million dollar question are how many of them and who are they.

2009 Year of Frog For Malaysia?

Politically, the year of ox has started with a bang when the Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim declared his decision to join PKR last Sunday. Subsequently, BN also said that there are some defectors from PR that interested to cross over. What's more, one of the Perak PR lawmaker also announced that there will be defection in Negeri Sembilan which will cause the fall of BN in the state.

As mentioned in my previous article (PR Takes Over Putra Jaya On 16 Sep?) , I'm not in favour of PR's plan to take over BN to rule this country, especially through defection of MPs. I'm against the act of these irresponsible assemblyman defecting the party which they belongs to during the 308 GE. This way of defection is unacceptable and is againts the will of the people who voted for him during last the GE.

The defections mean more than just switching camp. Please be responsible and think twice before hoppping. If the assemblyman think that what they do is for the benefit of the people, he should then resign and get a fresh mandate from the people, let the people decide.

How To Stop Israel From Killing The Palestinians?

It is interesting to see how the people in this region reacted to the Israel invasion and killing of innocence Palestinians. As usual, muslim countries will react more strongly compared to non muslim country. In Malaysia, we have demonstrations too and as usual, the target will be US Embassy. However, after much shouting and screaming, the crowd dispersed and get back to work. I wonder how effective is the demonstration at the US Embassy?Just to vent anger? (But this round no monkey show).

Besides, we also have an irrelevant ex-leader, Dr. M wanted Malaysian to boycott US products, starts with Coca-Cola, Mc Donald and Colgate. By accident, I'm already one supporter because I don't drink soft drink or eat fast food because these two things are almost zero in nutrition and I only use Darlie tooth paste...But what are we trying to achieve by boycotting US products? To make sure their business collapse and add to the employment percentage? Why make Coke, Mc Donald & Colgate the scape goat? Do we have proof that they channel funds to support Israel? They are innocence too. If Dr M is so determine to boycott, then make sure you don't use any Microsoft programmes & Intel processor in publishing your blog.

As usual, the U.S. president will not spare the condemn. What disturb me was when I read about a father in Kota Bahru, brought his to a demonstration and taught his son to throw shoes at George W Bush picture. George W Bush may not feel the pain but that father may have to bear the responsibility later when his son grew up. His son may think that it is alright to throw shoes to vent anger. I pity the kid and wonder what on earth the father would want to teach his son to throw shoes.

If what the Kelantan father did was serious, the next one is consider crazy but luckily it was not happen in Malaysia. In Indonesia, the Islamist warriors are actually considering going to Gaza to "help" the Palestinians to fight Israel. A 28 year old lady by name of Dhuharniyeti said that she was prepared to fight Israel troops with bamboo sticks and arrows...I'm speechless when I read this. Israel has been there for long time despite being surrounded by the muslim nations and they are still standing tall. When Iraq's Scud missiles were unable to finish off Israel, can the bamboo sticks and arrow do the magic? When living in peace, people tend to forget about how to treasure life and want to go to the battle ground with bamboo sticks...

The only way to resolve this is for all parties to go back to the negotiation table in order to avoid more casualty. Israel should be penalised for invading and killing, they should be taught a lesson for disobeying the call by UN to cease fire. Hamas is no angel, they are equally inhumane for using civilian especially kids as human shield, it is even more despicable than Israel.

Dr. M, Can You Please Shut Up!

Dear Dr M,

It is very sickenning. You just can't stop talking, everything is not right. and nothing is constructive. Do you think you are still in in charge? You as the former, I repeat "FORMER" premier disappointed with the selection of Wan Ahmad Farid as the Barisan Nasional candidate in the Kuala Terengganu by-election simply because you think that Wan Ahmad is the proxy for Abdullah. Isn't it common in politics? I honestly don't think that Adbullah will appoint someone else proxy? You intention is clear, you want BN to lose in the by-election so that Abdullah's proxy in the Umno Youth chief election will also lost his credential.

I think you should keep your mouth shut. If you really like to fight, just fight like a man in the proxy war during the Umno Election.
Please remember that you are nothing more than an ordinary citizen now. Remember to pay your income tax for the sources of income gained from your kedai roti and your chedet advertisement.

Israel Invades Gaza Strip In Palestine

I must admit that I don't know much about the history of conflicts between Israel & Palestine. Eventhough there are a lot of resources in the internet about this topic but every time I started to read, I will soon be losing focus and losing interest to continue simply because the history between them is just is too complicated.

OK! That's not my point. What I want to say is I'am confused and puzzled why did they fight again. It is sad to see that people's life just taken away like that. Why it seems to be that the fight is inevitable?

Without fail, in every war break out, the world will mostly, overwhelmingly condemn Israel. The voices are especilally strong from the muslim world as usual. Is Israel really that devil until they every now and then try to provoke the muslim Arab neighbours? Why no one condemn Hamas' provoking act of firing rockets to Israel territory? Is that permissable? Don't get me wrong, I'm a peace lover and strongly against the retaliation act of Israel. No one can tolerate the act of invading and killing the innocence in Gaza strip. Israel must stop this immediately.

Whatever happen in the past... is past. The world face enough problems nowadays. I hope that peace in Middle East will be restored soon. But at the same time, we shall not discount Hamas responsibility in this incident. Hamas should not use the rockets and start to negotiate instead of provoking. The moral of the story is "Don't disturb the bee hive!". Hamas should protect the life of Palestine people. It is not worth to fire a few rockets over and revceive a big fight back from the Jews. It is proven that the Jews will fight back at any cost(include sacrifying the life of innocence Palestanians), when they feel their life is threatened.

Rally To Defend Malay rights?

As reported in Malaysiakini.com 29 Dec 2008, a group of protesters in Penang called on Malay rulers to revoke the citizenship of Malaysians who dispute Malay special rights and demanded safeguards to their special position as enshrined in the constitution. To me, this is nothing but a sandiwara, absolutely a show staged by the irresponsible parties rather than by those really want to protect Malay rights hero.

This group of Malay NGO, led by Md Radzi Daud also not being straight to the point. They disguised under various beautiful names such as “call on Malaysians to defend Islam as the nation’s official religion”. Isn't it nonsense and “langsung tidak masuk akal”?. Come on, get real! Non-Malay recognise and respect islam as the official religion for Malaysia as per article 153 but is there any reason for us non-malay to defend that? Who will defend Islam other than Muslim themselves? If you think non Muslim should defend Islam, please then defend the pig farm for me.

This group is also no different from the other Malay extremist in the past, they basically trying to position Malay as victim under the current political climate. They said “Malays have kept quiet so far to maintain peace and harmony, but don't disturb the bees hive or you can be destroyed". I feel that the Malay extremist have recycled this remarks over and over again without thinking about it carefully. Malay keeps quiet? Excuse me, were you deaf or you pretend not to hear what Ahmad Ismail said during the Permatang Pauh by election? Whenever Malay or UMNO face problem, the non Malay will conveniently be blamed, will be victimised especially by UMNO. So will you still insist that the Malay keep quiet?

In the rally, this group also called for granting of immunity to the Malay royalty. Melayu mudah lupa, if you guys are really serious about this, grill Dr M first, and revoke his citizenship if you guys walk the talk because he was the one who removed the immunity. In addition, the UMNO members and assemblymen, especially those in Perlis & Terengganu also “menghina the sultan and raja during the tussle of the appointment of Menteri Besar. Strip off their citizenship please!

My appeal to the Malay, don’t be ignorance, you are being made used by UMNO, they have been given more than 3 decades to help the Malays but they did otherwise. If you still think that you don't have your fair share of the country's wealth, that is not because of other races, it is because of UMNO's policies.

Lastly, spare your kids. Don't involve them in this type of rally because they are too young to understand. Kids are innocent and they don't born to hate anybody unless the adult taught them to. We are all Malaysian, we don’t wish to train our kids to hate or fight other races. So don't pass on this baggage to them, to hate the non-malay.
